BEAUCHIEF ABBEY HOUSE BED AND BREAKFAST
A most charming stone built detached residence located in the Beauchief conservation area with panoramic views of the golf course and surrounding woodland. Dating back to the 14th century the property provides a complimentary blend of both modern and traditional features and décor.
The Facilities
Residents will have use of the extensive facilities at Beauchief Abbey House during their stay.
Swimming Pool, Hot tub and Steam room A bright indoor heated swimming pool with a retractable conservatory style building for open air use in the summer months. Eight seater hot tub with mood effect lighting. Fully tiled steam room and shower for 2 people. Changing facilities.
Games Room with pool table and bar. The bar is not stocked but has a fridge and residents are welcome to take in their own drinks.
Residents lounge. Spacious and comfortable lounge with beautiful views over the gardens. Residents can enjoy a quiet relaxation or watch a range of programmes on the Sky TV.
Outside. Courtyard for off road parking for up to five vehicles and easy on road parking on the Lane. South facing beautifully landscaped gardens extending to three quarters of an acre leading to a pond and brook with cascading waterfall over a traditional stone weir. The gardens are well stocked with both perennial and annual plants and have a feature pond with fountain, together with a natural pond that is a haven for wildlife.
Breakfasting Room. Located in the original oak beamed cottage part of the property with views over the gardens. Choice of cereals, fresh fruit, and a cooked English breakfast available daily. Weather permitting, breakfast may be eaten on the patio.
